About the club
A club built around players.
North Shore Elite FC was founded in 2026 by a small group of parents who wanted their kids to learn the game the right way — through patient, positive coaching that treats every player as an individual.
Our individualized, player-centered approach keeps every training group small, with a maximum of 8 players to 1 coach. Every player gets meaningful attention, clear feedback, and a path to improve at their own pace.
All coaches are certified, background-checked annually, and trained in CPR, AED, and First Aid. We follow US Youth Soccer's Player Development Initiatives, including age-appropriate field and ball sizes for every age group.
Player safety
The safety of our players is non-negotiable. All staff complete annual SafeSport training, concussion protocol certification, and background screening in compliance with the U.S. SafeSport Authorization Act.
